Service Agreement Form

1. Scope of Work

The developer will deliver the project as described in the project details above. Any additional features not mentioned will be quoted separately.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required before starting the project
• 25% milestone payment after design approval
• 25% final payment upon project completion before delivery

3. Delivery Timeline

Project will be delivered within the agreed timeline mentioned in the form. Delays due to client feedback or changes in requirements will extend the timeline accordingly.

4. Revisions Policy

• 2 free revisions included in the design phase
• Additional revisions will be charged at PKR 1,000 per revision
• Major changes in requirements after development will be quoted separately

5. Ownership Rights

Complete source code and ownership rights will be transferred to the client after full payment. Until then, all rights remain with Al Ahmad Studio.

6. Support & Maintenance

• 30 days free technical support after project completion
• Bug fixes are free for the first 30 days
• After 30 days, support packages are available at PKR 5,000 per month

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project information, including designs, code, and business details, strictly confidential.

8. Cancellation Policy

• If client cancels before work starts: 100% refund of advance
• If client cancels after work starts: advance is non-refundable
• If Al Ahmad Studio cancels: 100% refund including advance

9. Limitation of Liability

Al Ahmad Studio's liability is limited to the project cost only. We are not responsible for any business losses or third-party claims.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arifwala, Punjab.
